How do I return an item?

Return / Exchange Policy

We make every effort to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We have found that most returns and exchanges can be avoided by proper measurement. We have sizing charts on every product page throughout the website to guide you. As always, please feel free to contact us so we can assist you in finding the perfect size paw-wear for your pooch.

Original packing slip must accompany returns. accepts returns on all items except for dog socks, leg warmers and toys for 30 days from the date you placed your order. After 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Please note due to sanitary reasons all dog socks and all dog leg warmers are FINAL SALE. Returns and exchanges will NOT be accepted on these items. Acceptable items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". It must have tags attached and must contain all original boxes, tags, packaging, etc. Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

  • without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
  • must be clean and contain NO pet hair. None.
  • within 30 days from the order date (after 30 days no returns are allowed - exchanges & store credit only. After 90 days no refunds or exchanges/store credit will be accepted)

**$6.95 flat restocking fee applies to all returns per order regardless of number of items. If return is over $150 there will be a 15% restocking fee instead of the $6.95 fee. All exchanges (USA & Canada) will have a $5 flat shipping fee and no restocking fee. International orders (outside the USA & Canada) will be charged the amount equal to the original shipping fee for exchange items. The credit card used for the original purchase will be charged by If you paid for your original order via Paypal, we will bill you accordingly and ship the exchange when payment is made.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. If you are exchanging a product, you will be responsible for all shipping costs (both cost to ship back to us and the flat fee cost to re-ship your replacement item).

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Service immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for a full refund.

How to Return / Exchange:
To return / exchange merchandise to, follow these easy steps:

Place the item(s) back in the original packaging or a box of your choice. Be sure to pack it well to avoid breakage.

Please include in the box, the original packing slip indicating the reason why you are exchanging or returning the item(s). If you are exchanging the item please indicate the new item that you would like shipped to you. We will ship the new item upon receipt of your return.

If you need the exchanged items quickly, you can place a new order for the new items. We will issue a refund on the original purchase when the item is received. There will be no restocking or exchange fee, as shipping charges are collected with the new order.
