How do I return an item?
Return / Exchange Policy We make every effort to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We have found that most returns and exchanges can be avoided by proper measurement. We have sizing charts on every product page throughout the website to guide you. As always, please feel free to contact us so we can assist you in finding the perfect size paw-wear for your pooch.
Returns:
Original packing slip must accompany returns. Alldogboots.com accepts returns for 30 days from the date you placed your order. After 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Please note due to sanitary reasons all dog socks and all dog leg warmers are FINAL SALE. Returns will NOT be accepted on these items. Acceptable items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". It must have tags attached and must contain all original boxes, tags, packaging, etc. Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
- without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
- must be clean and contain NO pet hair. None.
- within 30 days from the order date (after 30 days no returns are allowed - exchanges & store credit only)
There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. If you are exchanging a product, you will be responsible for all shipping costs (both cost to ship back to us and cost to re-ship your replacement item).
If an item
is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact
Customer Service immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from
us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for
a full refund. Please allow 15 days for your refund to be processed.

An RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) is NOT REQUIRED.
Exchanges:
Place a New Order If you would like to exchange an item, please place a new order for the correct size/color. Then, simply return your original order following the return instructions above and your original order will be refunded. If you are placing a new order you will NOT incur a 15% restocking fee. Please note on the returned packing slip that you have placed a new order.
