How do you ship products?
Shipping Information
We ship with the United States Post Office (USPS). All orders are shipped via Priority Mail or Express Mail. The United States Post Office states that Priority Mail has a 2-3 day delivery time average. This means that packages shipped via Priority Mail (such as ours) will arrive, on average, within 2-3 days from being shipped. Priority Mail International has a 6-10 business day delivery average, but varies on destination country and international conditions. We also offer First Class Mail International only to customers in Canada. First Class Mail should only be selected when time is not a major concern. Please note it can take up to 3 weeks to receive any international packages. Alldogboots.com is not responsible for any additional fees your country may require upon delivery.
Typically orders placed by 2pm CST are shipped same day of purchase date except on weekends. Orders will not be shipped on Sundays or postal holidays (please check the USPS website for a list of postal holidays). Also please note during high volume mail traffic (such as holidays) the delivery time may be slower.
If you need to have your items by a specific date that is near or closer than 3 days from the purchase date, we suggest purchasing the Express Mail shipping option during checkout. While the USPS typically does an outstanding job on delivering our shipments to our customers on time, we can NOT guarantee delivery dates. Please note that Express Mail packages may require a signature. Express Mail Packages are generally received next day, but it is not a guarantee.
We currently ship to many destinations around the world. Please contact us for other destinations that are not listed under the shipping location choices. Please note that we do not accept Paypal as a form of payment for international orders.
Orders made with date contingent comments will be sent regardless of whether we think it will arrive by that date or not. Cancellations are not accepted. Please view our Return / Exchange Policy to read about acceptable returns.
If you absolutely cannot receive a package via USPS, please contact us and we will attempt to make other arrangements.
