Snuggly, cute, snaps on easily and keeps Lucy warm and dry! Also, shipping was lightning fast, I ordered after 10PM at night, and the notice that it had been shipped came in less than 15 minutes -- I think they knew that very cold weather was on the way, and this was much appreciated.
