Pawtrexx Breathable Orthopedic Dog Boots for Indoor Traction & Summer Wear

Pawtrexx Summer Boots are lightweight, breathable dog boots designed for indoor traction, warm-weather use, and dogs that need extra protection from paw dragging or scuffing. The breathable upper, durable rubber sole, and dual straps provide a secure option without the heavier neoprene construction of the winter Pawtrexx style.

  • Breathable Construction: Lightweight material allows more airflow for warm-weather and indoor use.
  • Indoor Traction: Grippy rubber soles help dogs maintain footing on smooth floors and other slippery surfaces.
  • Orthopedic & Mobility Use: A useful option for senior dogs and dogs with arthritis, mobility challenges, or altered walking patterns that benefit from added traction and paw protection.
  • Helpful for Paw Dragging: Durable soles help protect paws and toes from wear caused by dragging or scuffing.
  • Secure Fit: Adjustable dual Velcro straps help keep the boots in place without restricting normal movement.
  • Summer & Indoor Use: A lighter alternative to the winter Pawtrexx boot for warm-weather walks and everyday indoor wear.

Sold in a set of 2 boots, making Pawtrexx convenient when protection or traction is needed only on the front or rear paws.

Indoor Dog Boots for Traction & Paw Dragging

Pawtrexx Summer Boots are especially useful for dogs that need more grip on hardwood, tile, or other smooth floors, as well as dogs whose paws or toes experience extra wear from dragging. Their breathable construction also makes them a practical option for warmer outdoor conditions.

If your dog needs a neoprene winter and outdoor boot, try Pawtrexx Winter Boots.

If the smallest Pawtrexx size (M, 3 1/4" x 2 3/4") is too large for your dog, Sporthos Dog Boots come in smaller sizes and provide a breathable option for indoor traction, summer wear, and orthopedic paw protection.

Perfect Answer
We are very excited to have our new dog boots for our Boxer. He has been very sick and during that time started knuckling. The boots have been the perfect answer for paw protection and also learning to walk on his paw again. We ordered a couple of dog books online and returned both. These dog boots are wonderful and thank you so much for your time and interest in helping us purchase the correc

Fashionable and functional boots
My Golden had skin problems in her paw and arthritis in her elbow. We have had many boots in the past that would fall off or not last long. These boots stay on and provide enough cushion that helped with compression on streets, rocks etc. Also they protect her paw pads well! They also look great and people always commit in her shoes!!

Uniquely awesome
I have a GSD who unfortunately has Degenerative Myopathy...drags his hind leg toes. I have tried all many different foot protectors and although I was hopeful, they really all fell short. A major problem was that no matter how secure the velcro closures were, the booties all rode down so that there was an inch or material at toe level. This created even more drag than he already had. Awesome!
My GSD has hind leg knuckling. Unfortunately he is experiencing effects of Degenerative myopathy. I tried a couple of local booties without success as they would not stay in place and slide down causing excess material at the toe area. These all dog boots are totally different and incredible. They say on very well thanks to the strong velcro and they even stay in place when they get wet! I highly recommend these shoes and have just ordered my second pair!

Wish I'd gotten them years ago
My 16 year old mix has been suffering so much with bad hips and coordination in her back legs. She was hit by a car as a puppy and one of her back legs was broken badly, and by the time it was healed that leg was an inch shorter than the other. For years she's been struggling to balance, in obvious discomfort even with medications, and lately had been slipping and falling often on our hardwood and
